About The Event

Develop an Iyengar yoga practice and experience the full benefits of an intensive weekend retreat.  You will both be challenged and learn to relax more completely.  Oxon Hoath is the perfect place to enjoy peace and tranquility, 45 minutes south-east of London.

Delicious vegan meals prepared throughout your stay with home grown organic vegetables and fruit from the estate's own walled garden.

Most bedrooms retain the original manor house proportions and enjoy spectacular views of the grounds. The majority are twin/double rooms. 

Some are en suite but there are plenty of bathrooms nearby for those rooms which do not have them. There are a limited number of single rooms, so early booking is strongly recommended.

Friday 6pm General/Restorative class 60mins 

Saturday 7.30am Pranayama 30min, 11am Asana class 90 min, 6pm Asana class 60 min 

Sunday 7.30am Pranayama 30min, 11am Asana class 90 mins

2 night’s accommodation

3 vegan meals a day from Friday dinner to Sunday lunch

4 Asana classes plus 2 Pranayama classes

What to bring Please bring your own bath towels. You will need to bring your own yoga kit. e.g. 4 foam pads, a blanket, 2 belts 2 bricks & bolster.
