Cuba AH Yoga Retreat

This will be a week of organic healthy food, long quiet beaches and invigorating yoga practice only 20 minutes away from what has been named one of the 7 New Wonders of the World, Havana, Cuba.

Staying in 1950's villas on the beautiful beaches of Playas del Este. Our hosts have promised to show you a side of Cuba that you won't find anywhere else.

Yoga

The new venue has two yoga spaces, one is outside close to the swimming pool and the second is upstairs with views of the sea beautiful newly built yoga shala, large enough for 36 mats, although we will be only 22 maximum - except on the evening that the Cubans join our yoga class.

There will be a class before breakfast each morning and another class in the late afternoon or evening.

In addition to our daily classes with Angela Hulm there is an optional exclusive one-on-one class with Cuban yoga master, Eduardo Pimentel.

This is included in the price of your holiday.

Included: accommodation, 3 meals a day, yoga, unlimited filtered water, herbal tea and coffee and an excursion to Havana.

Not Included: flights, transfers, travel insurance, spa fees and treatments, alcoholic beverages, optional activities and excursions.
