June 2026 AH Yoga

Tues 12:30pm: 16th
Tues 5:45pm: 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th
Thurs 8am: 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th
Thurs 4:45pm: 4th, 11th, 18th
Sun 4pm: 7th

I enjoyed wonderful holidays in Cornwall, Kent and Lancashire during May as well as insightful Iyengar Yoga convention in Glasgow.

June sees our garden open on Saturday 6th 1-5pm as part of Coney Hall Environmental Action Gardening for Nature. £5 suggested nature charity donation

I'm again looking out for nesting swifts 7:30pm in the evening, so sorry no 8pm classes this month, welcome to join me for a West Wickham walk including Silver Lane and Stanhope Grove.

International Yoga Day is Sat 21st June but I'll be at the Nehru centre on the Strand Friday 20th 5pm till 8pm it's a free public event please bring friends and family.

I'm pleased to arrange a 121 or a class at a time to suit you, please WhatsApp me the time or day that would work for you.
