Having ‘2 excellent teachers for the price of 1’ is an added bonus.” Olive from Manchester.

“I loved the workshop. Felt they took real care with the injuries I have. I felt also stretched and challenged. They work very well as a team and bring different styles to the session. I would definitely recommend them to other people.” Sue from Manchester.

“I enjoyed their style of teaching and the time and patience with some humour they took to take you through each pose made it a very enjoyable session. They seem to have a gentle way of teaching but at the time working you hard to maintain the asanas.

Lydia Holmes and Edgar Stringer teach at WOMAD festival in July since it started in 2000. Initially with a class of just 20 and now they lead sessions for hundreds of visitors clearly and quietly.
