In person Weekly classes with Terence Tofield on Tues at 5:15pm & With Shirley St Hill Saturday 11am in West Wickham Methodist Old Church have space for you.

At Home classes with Angela Hulm may be joined online or in person. Booking required for AtHome in person attendance. Most weeks classes with Angie are Sunday 4pm, Monday 3:45pm, Weds 12:45pm Fri 7:30am please check on classes page for this week's times. Weekly What's App messages confirm times this week in person attendance to be booked using Whats App.

Parigasana variation. Kneel up pressing your little toe side of the foot to the floor. Bend one leg out to the side so your leg turns to the side. Tip from the hips and extend up and out to that side.
